The #78 boat Butch Ott, is Steve Ott's father. All of the hockey fans here on POTN know Steve from the Dallas Stars, which we played in the conference finals. Steve was real classy when asked by the announcer about playing Detroit. He said that he is looking forward to playing us again next year. Yeah, lots of action, but they said Saturday about 4 boats had mishaps. Good for all of the racers nobody was injured to badly, one driver had to go to the hospital but was released later and returned to watch the finals on Sunday!!, plus like most racers, they all pitched in to help each other get their boats ready to race...... We have been looking for some of the incident and have yet to find any. Any other shots would be nice also.
