Well, I have had no responses to my other thread https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=539367

But I have since realized that Backdrop Outlet is not a good quality company, their customer service is crap, most of their products are crap and they are just very shady.

So we bought their motorized free standing backdrop system. The only thing worth a damn in the whole system is the control module. The product pictured isn't even what we received. That includes the muslin we purchased. Not even close to the same thing. After making searches on the internet I see that A LOT of people have had these same issues.

So we figured we would just end up eating most of all the money we spend on that.

Now we are wanting a similar type free standing, motorized unit (if possible, if there aren't any good free standing motorized units I guess it doesn't HAVE to be motorized).

We are also going to need good quality backdrops to go with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We just don't know what to do and our frustrations are growing. We need to hurry and get this setup done so we can get going on our work. And we are extremely upset over this ordeal with Backdrop Outlet.

Looks like the first set you posted is supposed to be wall wounted.
Don't know the foot for the autopoles, but I'd think it should work.

I've used autopoles, "mounted" between floor and ceiling, to support a backdrop.
Works fine, but you have to watch out not to damage the ceiling. (Soft plaster won't work well ;))

I'd just go with something like this: Click (external link). (this is what I used, but in a single version instead of triple, on location)
