i want 3 off cam flashes

i currently have 430EX

if i buy all this, will i acheive what i want?

mostly for portraits, model stuff

and car photoshoots

also getting white sheet + 2 stands off ebay for backdrop

Yep that'll work. Don't forget cords if you need them.

I have pretty much the same setup for ultra-light travelling when needed. As Tim has mentioned, you'll also need cords to link the vivitars to the skyports. the Vivitars have a proprietary connection but they supply a cord to adapt it to a female PC socket so you'll need a male PC to male 3.5mm cord. The skyports actually come with male PC to male 2.5mm cords so you can just as easily get a cheap 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter and use those.
