Went to the Grand Am race this weekend. Instead of just taking pictures of the race, I went wanting to come away with a great panning shot. I'm not so sure I got anything like I had anticipated and the lighting was pretty harsh by the time the final race started, but here are a few of the best ones I got. Please let me know how I did.

You're right the light was rather harsh by the time the race started. Not bad shots from the back stretch.

thanks, Jamie. Were you ever on the backstretch? I saw tons of guys back there with 70-200's.

I shot the back stretch Saturday during practice and qualifying. I shot the "essess" Sunday when the bikes ran. For the most part on Sunday I was in turn 2, 3 & 14-16, and in the pits for pit stops. I get some shots up eventually. ;)
