It world extremely well with some photos but usually oversaturates in my own shots. I usually have a higher saturation setting out of camera though, so when the sun gets really low I lower the contrast a touch. However, I really like the effect in this shot as it tends to blend the eagle pre-flight pose into the branches and results in a statue-like effect. Great shot! Mark II and III; 17-40L; 24-70L; 50/1.8; 85/1.2L; 70-200/2.8L IS; 200/1.8L; 100-400L IS; Sigma 50-500; 1.4x, 2x extenders.
