Your horizon isn't level....I am not sure about the processing in the last.....what was the point of flipping?

Good eye. I did not even noticed that I flipped it somehow.
Also, I had to shoot with people walking by and thats why I didnt get it leveled properly.

Tripod with a bubble usually helps with that.

Either that in PS pull down a helper line and rotate until it matches.

Level it with whatever program you have.there are free ones out there.
