As of now I have a Canon backpack that I use while shooting and it currently holds all of my gear, but it's full and I still wish to expand my lens collection.

I now have a 40D with grip, canon 70-200f/4L, canon 24-70 f/2.8L, tokina 12-24 f/4, Canon 50mm f/1.4, and Canon 430EX Speedlite. In the future I plan to add a Canon 35mm f/1.4L, 50mm f/1.2L, 85mm f/1.2L, 135mm f/2L, and a 100-400mm L. Along with another body that will also be gripped or will be a 1d and a couple more flashes.

What I am looking for is a case that can hold all, but one body 12-24, 24-70, and 70-200. That way I can swap out lenses before I leave or can bring all of my equipment out for a shoot.

I was thinking of a pelican case, but am not too sure what size I would need. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you are asking. You want a case to carry everything but the 12-24, 24-70 and 70-200? Then the Pelican 1510 should do it. If you thinking more is better, the 1610 is the one. I have 2 cases for all my equipment, the 1510 and the Think Tank International. I like both of them.
