Anyone know which FTP program is safe to download on my PC so I can upload to Pictage?

I use Filezilla (external link) more than 2 years now and it's the best open source FTP I have never use under Windows XP.

I just started using Core FTP Lite for XP. I use Fetch for the Mac but needed something simple for the PC. Supports batch uploading which I needed and its Free.

I use a program called Windows XP or even Windows Vista. I'm sure you've heard of them. All i have to do is type in the address into any explorer window (open my computer and click the address bar), then type in my user name and password. It even remembers my username and password for me if i want. Works really well.

Now, if you find you need something better than that, WFTP and SSH based programs are good (my SSH program does ftp and unix commands to the same server at the same time, who knew).

I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

I agree with above, if you want a no hassle program, just use the explorer window. If you want something more CuteFTP or SmartFTP work fine.

You could use the DEC that's provided by pictage or use one of the plugins for lightroom or aperture if you have either of those programs

**Edited to add that I use the plugin for lightroom and it has worked flawlessly for me and really works well with my workflow

I'll be damned. Never knew you could do this!
