looks fun.. tho i like my kayak haha. try a low water level shot on a sunny day about mid after noon some good results to play with!

Very difficult light with the predominance of grey in the sky and reflecting in the water.
My first thought is polarizing filter to put some color back in the water, and give you more to work with in PP.

Image also looks out of focus, especially on back rower.
