Well another event where I got wet, this seems to be a common occurrence lately especially since summer started!
We had a mixed bag at Croft last weekend, historic touring cars, Formula Renault, FF, Clubmans and the good old Northern Saloon & Sports Car Championship (NSSCC)

Lets start off with the NSSCC

1.
Ken Hall and Tim Evans exchanging a bit of paint at the restart of their race

2.
Phil Morris overcooking it slightly into the complex

3.
The lovely Gallardo of Paul Gibson

4.
One of the Clubmans pushing hard into the complex

5.
A rather pristine Avenger which unfortunately didn't leave that way

6.
Roger Stanford locking up the front wheel on his MKI Lotus Cortina

7.
Ian Pearson doing a wheelie in his BARC Formula Renault

8.
and finally Whoops!

All shots taken with a 1D MKIII and Canon 300mm f2.8 lens.

All comments welcome

Cheers
Ian

great pics, i have particular interest in no 7, not just as its my favourite but also because it shows the difference between your (correct) white balance and my "warm" white balance as pointed out by simon, work to be done there me thinks (by me, not you...lol...yours are fine ;))

Shame i missed saturdays racing as they are more my cup of tea.

Very nice lambo as well

regards

#1 and #8 for me in this selection Ian. I honestly thought Ken and Tim were going to be joining us at Clervaux when they had their little wheel banging session on the re-start of their race. #7 looked good when you showed it me on Sunday afternoon after you'd taken it - it looks even better here!

Simon.

Great photos there Ian. Phil will like that one of him. He was not at his best having recently undergone surgery on his shoulder
