I know they have a green tinge when exposed with ambient light WB, but I want to do a shot of a guy in a garage with a strobe above him that is gelled to simulate a street lamp as seen by the human eye with the WB set to the flash setting. Sodium vapour lamps tend to be pinkish while high-pressure sodium lamps are more of a deep orange. It's fluorescent lights that have a strong green tinge compared to average daylight.

I will use a flash to light the model and to give some highlights to the forground. I want to adjust the WB for the background and gel the flash so that it looks like a streetlamp I think I want a a slight orangish tint to the lamp; perhaps I will experiment with some sort of CTO filter.
