Edmonton Alberta holding World Canoe Water Polo Championship. My first time shooting this fast pace sport. Got a little Wet. C&C welcome.

What mode were you shooting in? Looks like you needed to open up a bit more or use EV compensation to get more light on the faces. The harsh sun and reflections off water look like they were tricking your meter. Post your EXIF if you can.

Thanks Chris...your right some were dark....the first few I had to shoot into the sun...and the other I feel worked better when I had sun behind me.

Didn't realize until the second look how many of them
are a guy getting his boat run over and pushed under.
Interesting shots of very confrontational moments.
Almost like shoots from a martial art.
Good shooting.
