I would suggest using a tripod, this will allow you to reduce the iso and allow you to increase aperture to give a bit more depth of field. Ditto....The flower is nice, the lighting is nice, the subject very nice but for me the focucs point is missed on all of the water drop shots, looks like the DOF was too narrow.
