I liked the flower best, nice composition , colour and exposure. I would suggest using a tripod, this will allow you to reduce the iso and allow you to increase aperture to give a bit more depth of field. A tripod would also allow you to take more care with the focusing.

Ditto....The flower is nice, the lighting is nice, the subject very nice but for me the focucs point is missed on all of the water drop shots, looks like the DOF was too narrow.

Leo, I think you got the effect you were looking for. I quite frankly like 1-3 the best, when shooting flowers I feel it's better to go a little higher on the aperature for a greater DOF.

If OP thinks he's going to be doing a lot of macro. I suggest a geared head instead of a ballhead for macro work.

Leo, enjoy the shots, macro work has a very small focal plain. Something to try because of it is, take 4 to 5 shots with different focus points and then merge them.
