Sunrise Over East Van

So I was digging through my collection, and decided to develop this image a bit. It was taken at the end of December 2007 since I can't get out of bed to get a summer sunrise.

I didn't really dig on this one when I took it because it really didn't give me a positive feeling when I looked at it. It still doesn't evoke hope, but I don't mind so much.

I find the different layers of atmospherics quite interesting - way different than anything that I have seen way over here on the Atlantic side.

I should also think that you could get a fair number of sales on that through a bureau.

Thank you Robert. It was precisely those dynamics that drove me to shoot it. It just took me 7 months to revisit it, and work on it :)

Very nice. I like how the clouds cooperated and are "humped up" right where the downtown buildings are.
