That looks like that cheapie eBay diffuser... I've seen them in two sizes, one for a full flash and one for the pop-up. Of course, if I am wrong, we'll know it shortly.... :)

Very inefficient diffusers those, get a tiny soft box and it'll be a lot more efficient as the light will be retained, not reflected backwards.

One is a 3way pan/tilt head, the other is a pistol grip ball head. Both look like they're mounted on the center column of a tripod.
