I dont want to shell the $ out on PWs or Skyports, are these any good?

What would I need to be able to use these on 2 Canon 430ex's and 1 Sunpak 383 with my Canon 5D?

Can someone please link/list everything needed, hotshoes if needed, etc. Im confused on how these work.

Did you read this thread? You'll need these (external link) for the 430s, and it might be easier to use that for the 383 than try to get the correct cable.
