is panning shot can be made using kit lens of canon350d? if yes , please tell me how? thanks

Yes, you can pan with any lens. The difficulty increases as the focal length decreases though, I find.

All panning is is a matter of moving the camera to keep the subject still, while allowing the background to move. Use F/8 to F/13, and shutter speeds long enough to provide motion blur. 1/250 should be the shortest time. As you get better at it, you'll be able to shoot longer exposures. I switch IS off, and use AI Servo for focussing. Make sure you're gentle with the shutter button: any vertical movement kills the shot.
