Almost done editing yesterday's pics! All the "other" families are done, mine is the last to get done, and probably will take the longest, too. Now I've got kitchen duty. Blah and yay all at the same time!

haha yeah I understand. I just got done washing the dishes from the last 4-5 days. that is one really nice thing about there only being the two of us we don't generate a whole lot of dishes

Any thoughts on this design?

Clearly it's an old photo and names....it's just a template idea for my xmas card special idea. I'd like to hear any thoughts. And, ignore the noise and crappy processing on the photo. I've improved since last year.

I like it Tiff! The names could be up just the tiniest bit higher maybe, but its very much a nitpick.

84°'s for 4 hours is damn chilly, and believe me when I say the difference between 84 and 86 is noticable.

Kyle's cousin is in jail right now. Early Saturday morning he ran over his girlfriend. He was so doped up that we still don't know what happened. We know that the story he gives is totally false. She had a restraining order on him. The girlfriend also happens to be the sister of the uncle(above)'s fiance. It's a horrible situation and my heart is aching for them. Oh and the cousin is being charged with DUI, vehicular manslaughter. From what I was told earlier is that violation of a restraining order will be added and the manslaughter will be bumped up.
It's going to be a very trying time for his family. I'm going to help out as much as I can. So I'm not sure how much I'll be on in the next few days, unless they don't need me one day.

I'm used to pools being around 70 something, but then I'm never swimming for more than like an hour, on a hot day, in full sun. Something is VERY tiring about swimming with little children... LOL!

Tell me about it. I'm stuck watching then 2 hours at a time, between 4 and 6 hours two days a week. It's not too bad when there's only about 8 kids in the entire party but with around 20 it sucks

It was great!!! My friends and I have season passes, so we have been there a lot this year, but this was most likely the last time we will go this season, so we made the best of it and spent almost 12 hours there.

Ok so now my voice is almost completely gone, I am hoping that it is back tomorrow or I am not going to be able to go to work or anything. My friends keep making fun of me, because I sound like a mouse ha ha.

Kitten, sounds like you are complaining about having such a cushy job! better watch it. I had to work in a Dusty HOT factory to get through school. it's not quite the classic 'Walked 5 miles each way to school, in the snow uphill both ways...' but it's what I had to do to pay the bills.

I'm fine with being paid to sit around for hours on end, I just wish that I had something to do during those hours (like reading a book) or at the very least something to LOOK at (in the 18-20yo range, preferably blonde and athletic ) but I don't have that kind of luck

Oh that is what my friends have been doing all day, they have bee tickling me because I cannot scream! It is really annoying.

Well people I had a great day yesterday, we spent the whole day at a local theme park, it was so fun! Except that I completely lost my voice, the mix of having a little cold, cold dry air, and screaming means that I really can't even talk today ha ha.

Haha, a trunk or treat, (I didn't come up with the name, LOL!) is when a bunch of people take their cars to a parking lot and decorate their cars, and have a sort of carnival with treats and games at each car etc... I know it's not just LDS that do it cause there's a Methodist or Presbyterian church that's doing it too.

We need to see picks on this whack ritual.

I've been chilling with my mom. She showed up yesterday without warning although Corey knew she was on her way. We're going to make cookies and carve a pumpkin with Aidan later.

And, damn, it's windy here today!

I just got back from shooting a Duck... and the Ultimate game, this morning.

now I have to get the pics processed a little. and I want to post up some of the Duck shots to see what ya'll think about them.

Have yet to shoot a REAL duck. Can't wait to see some of your shots.
