I'm forced to go to the in-laws where 40 people get together to eat.

I'd rather do my own turkey and chill at home than eat at noon....mill around for 5 hours and then eat reheated turkey at 5.

No heels. I don't wear shoes in the MIL's house. I really am not looking forward to it because amidst all that ruckus, I have to set up a family shoot and get someone to push the button for me. Plus, I'm guessing the other families will want me to get some of them while I've got everything set up. So, this turkey day will cause me more work and stress than most. Plus, everyone will want to get their hands on Ian and he'll be his typical fussy self and I'll have to face their crappy diagnosis for all his ills and wrestle with covering while nusing because I don't want to offend them. GAH!!!

I have one but my MIL insists that we need someone to push the button to get everyone's attention.

I think I'm going to set everything up, frame the shot, and have the attention getter push the wired remote I have while the camera is on the tripod.

Lol...I'm hoping the shop teacher comes through with the apple boxes before then. Plus, I'm toying with the idea of getting another bee (under the assumption that I'll pay for it from my 2 shoots that have not ordered yet). But, I WILL be holding my baby. No way is MIL gonna get to hold him for the pic. (I'm a little possessive but damned if I put all that work into him only to no have him close to me for a family picture)

Morning folks. I'm pooped. I had a great evening with the boys but the night sucked. I'm running on about 4 hours sleep and I require more than that. Ugh.

God, me too. Was it windy there? I swear that made lil' one not sleep worth crap. I actually feel hungover this morning and had nothing to drink. :(

Mornin Tiff. Sorry your tired. But fold your arms on your desk, place you head there, and take a nap. Try not to drool.

Absolutely.

Paint your eyelids to look like eyes. Then you can just sit there with your eyes closed and no one will be able to tell.

That's just creepy.

Yeah I was in disbelief that it sold. I had her walk me over there and yeah, it was gone LOL. I even joked with her when she said another couple bought it... I said, yeah, my in laws right? She said no. She was truly believeable. But yeah it worked out needless to say.

That's awesome. I'd never have been able to keep a straight face were I her. What a great gift.

Uh, oh. I have some unhappy kids right now. I gave a test almost exactly like the review sheet and at least 4 of them now have finished, looked at the answers on their review, and groanes.

Well ya know, you TRIED to help the lazy buggers out.

Deep fried Turkeys taste great too! Just wish I'd get more use outta the oil.

Know anyone who makes their own biodiesel?? They can use that oil. Dad makes it. Awesome stuff, but'll make you gag when he starts the truck....think of how a resturant smells....that overpowering french fry smell. Seriously, his truck smells like french fries when it runs. As does the tractor. Its really kind of funny.

I'm telling you, make them buy prints at your normal price to recoup some of the aggravation.

God I hope your sling fabric comes today. If it does, I'll get it whipped up and turned around to you....hopefully in time. If not...maybe the Maya wrap will have to come out for then?

Something to do with server speed.
