Wallpaper I made yesterday with my 400D

Just got my new laptop 2 days ago and decided to shoot some wallpapers for it with my new XTi. No post processing except cropping.

Image has been scaled down from the 1440x900 it was originally, so it might have some artifacts from that.

What do you guys think?

Its alright, but the fingerprint reader looks a bit ugly, might work better from some other angles

For what reason is it mostly out of focus?

I think it looks fine for a desktop image because the left is blurry where the icons are.

hmm, im not that into it, but then again its your wallpaper, good image though, just not what i like for wallpaper

It looks like you have it resting on some sort of carpet or rug. I'd put it on a shiny, maybe glass surface to make the image look super slick. It kind of looks... well,.. cosy!
