Warbler ID please

Hi folks,

I'm on holiday in Canada at the moment and spotted this warbler (I think). I have looked through the links here and also my bird book and reckon it may be a Virginia's or a MacGillivary's, possibly a juvenile.

Can anyone confirm that its either of these or if you know what it is that would be great.
