I was there as well, although I haven't processed my images. My lens was too short and the atmospheric conditions were definitely not ideal. Still, I can probably recover a few entertaining/decent even if not good shots! :)

Where were you shooting from? your angle looks a bit different, particularly in the lighting striking the surfaces of the planes. Your orientation relative to the sun looks to be better than mine was.

I have seen them at 2 shows so far this year and have had the same thought, they seem pretty loose on that this season.

I was there as well, shooting with my new 70-200 4 with my 1.4x sigma. I was definitely on the wrong side of the show, too far to the right so the lighting is bad on most of my shots. I got a couple nice ones but still don't know much about processing.
(I think it's ok for me to post my own pictures in someone else's post isn't it?)
Couple of the ones I like (crop and mild adjustments)

yeah I don't care if you post them here. It's on topic so feel free.

I've had a couple people comment on my colors compared to theirs. I shot RAW and brought out the colors in post. I didn't do anything special, just tweaked the adjustments in DPP.

That's the kind of PP I need to figure out! I'm a newb with photography and a total newb with photoshop. That sky looks perfect.

I did all the editing in digital photo professional that comes with canon cameras. Only thing I did outside of that was the watermark.

I'm no post processing expert either. I learned by playing around with the program. I just shoot RAW and adjust everything when I get home.
