Spend a very enjoyable day up in Sweet Lamb yesterday .... baking hot, choking dust and horseflies as big as 20p pieces ... bliss

A small selection of photos ...

I look forward to your posts these days Jay, as there's always something different. The only one that doesn't work for me here is #4.

#2 looks painful for the crew and their wallets. #1 makes me smile - steering only works when the wheels are in contact with the ground LOL!

The two I like the most out of this selection are #5 and #8. You have a great eye for composition with these wider shots, and those two shots are very well executed.

Cheers,

Simon.

Good stuff Jay

It looks like the Safari:lol:

Did you run on #2?

I like #4, it works quite well and I love the composition of #5

Awsome shots.

The sky looks a little blown out to me in the last couple of shots but the shots would probably be a bit dark if it wasn't.
Maybe crop the sky out of the last shot, but this could wreck the composition of the shot. You could have also showed a little movement in the wheels.

Anyway awsome shots, some of the best rally shots I have seen on this site shot no 1 is a killer, no 2 is a great capture, like the way you have captured action in this series.

Cheers
Daniel

All cracking shots yet again jay.

Once more you have got something different that sums up the atmosphere of the events as much as the action.

#1 of higgins is a belter!

Cheers,
Tom

Great series Jay, like Higgins & Manta shots best. Not sure about 4 - is that a crop or did you go for that shot? No 5 is also nicely done, probably my favorite with a different car.

Thanks for the comments guys, really appreciate you taking the time.

No. 4 is full frame (no crop) ... it was exactly the kind of shot I was looking for, though I appreciate it isnt everyones cup of tea :)

Oh and No Ant, I didnt run .... was too busy firing the shutter :)
