this was my first time shooting paintball

Don't cut limbs if you can avoid it, if you include them in the framing. A few look a little soft, but that is nitpick - for your first time not too shabby, looks like you had some harsh light to deal with too.

After looking at the EXIF, get out of auto, or if in shutter, up the shutter. There is no reason your camera (on shot #2, for instance) should be on F14 at 1/125. You want to get that shutter speed up, I like (for sports) to have it around 1/500 or greater if I can get it.

I would use Av and set to your largest aperture in order to keep your shutter speeds up.

If you were on Tv, up the shutter speed. That will really help you in my opinion.
