I am going to purchase another Extreme111 card and was wondering if it was smarter to go with several small cards vs one large card. If so what is your reason.
Thanks timbo76

Shooting with 40D. I am a novice and am just starting to use RAW. I have found that RAW is larger but produces a much better photo. Canon 40D|Canon 50-1.8II|Canon 15-85 IS|Canon 28-135 IS|Canon 55-250 IS

Now, with the 40D, the same 2GB card can only hold 152 RAW shots (I think it's because of the 14-bit processing). Anyways, people are obviously going to have different opinions on this, but my opinion is to stick with the smaller cards. My reasoning for this is because if I have a card go bad on a vacation or on a weekend pleasure shoot, I'm only out that amount of pics. I haven't had any go bad on me, so I really can't tell you how my theory holds up, but it makes me feel better. Hello, my name is Victor.
