I am having this issue with some pics I have posted on Facebook, where a certain individual thinks it's fine to take my pics, and use the "Piknik" app. over there, to change them a bit, (color) adding text, removing elements that are in my pics..etc. Is there a way to stamp my pics so that nobody can steal them without my permission? Thanks (I find it a bit rude when someone takes my photo, enhances it a bit, and them passes it off as their own)!

I find it more then "a bit rude"... It's not allowed.
From the Facebook terms (external link):

and:

In addition, you agree not to use the Service or the Site to: [Snip]
upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any videos other than those of a personal nature that: (i) are of you or your friends, (ii) are taken by you or your friends, or (iii) are original art or animation created by you or your friends;

Several ways to do a watermark.

Don't know what the "piknik" app is but if it creates a link (as opposed to someone actually copying it and reposting it...) you might have some fun with changing your original to some large text that says:

STOP TAKING MY F-ING PHOTOS

and see how they react when the link changes their picture...

Thats funny FlyingPhotog!
Thanks for the info guys..
When I sent her a message explaining how I felt about her taking the pic, changing it (to look worse I might add) and displaying it as her own she said...
"for real?? too bad!"
This is the pic (mine) that she used..can I change it to say something on it like FlyingPhotog suggested, then post it back on her profile (she might get the hint that way).

write the admin and say she's using copyrighted material, and tell them what. Supposedly by their rules, they are obliged to remove it or make her do so.
