I use the pouches that my EX Speedlite flashes came with. I can fit two units in a 550EX/580EX pouch.

Great idea, it works out nicely. I'll take some photos of it tomorrow for all to see.

Also going to check out that pencil case idea. Ideally I'm looking to create a "modular" system to my pelican 1600 case. Ideally I would pull out one case and have my pocket wizard cables, stroboframe flash mount, stand adapters, 4 AA's, etc in the case ready to go.
