Short Tripod Help

I don't know too much about tripods and need some recomendations. I'm looking for a good short-sturdy tripod to be used with my XSi and 100-400 L. (3+ lbs.)

I will be photographing mostly nature/wildlife and will be in a sitting or prone position to take my photos. Something less than 5' feet down to less than a 1'.

Looking to spend less than $200. Any information is appreciated. Thanks for your help.
