Both shots where taken on a white piece of paper with what I had for lighting which included an old halogen shoplight and a 60w florecent light with a few layers of tissue paper over them to act as a diffuser.


the shot itself came out bland and a little underexposed. upped the saturation and vibrance quite a bit with a small bump in contrast.

mostly untouched. just a little PP exposure adjustment. tried to get rid of the odd shapped reflections as well as the redish tint in the left side of the glass but dont know enough about photoshop to get it right. then the wife came home so I had to clean up so couldn't reshoot. and yes I know about the spec of dirt near the air bubble. didn't notice it till after I was trying to fix the light reflections

The first shot seems to be a jumble.

Conversely, the second shot is extremely clever in design. The lines and the lighting are just beautiful. I hope you are not going to tell us that this was just a grab shot:rolleyes:
