Hi All, first post here. I would appreciate some feedback on the attached picture which I took at the Welland Steam Rally last weekend. This was the first time I have had to take out my new camera for a play. Picture converted to B/W using Camera bundled software

Canon 40D - 17-85mm IS Kit Lens

I like it. It has a nice touch to it, maybe a sepia image as a comparison?

Post the original and let others show different versions.

Hi Chauncey, sorry newbie, do you mean original RAW, or original colour, or just full size of black and white as a jpeg ?

A link to a full size color jpeg would be good enough to give you some direction.

Thank you all, I wondered whether or not it would benefit from a tighter crop but i was worried that the context of the picture would be lost ?

I think the context would definitely be lost with a tighter crop.
