nice thank you.....
i'm planning on doing a Dusk Downhill Mountain Biking shoot.... and want to get some nice shots with the continuous flash.... but i don't plan on shooting more than 10 pictures at a time.
In order for your flash to keep up with your continuous shooting, you'll probably need to set the flash to 1/16 power or lower so you may need to up the ISO so that the flash will be bright enough for a decent exposure. Also, remember that in manual mode, the flash has an optimal work distance. If you're closer than that, the pictures will come out over exposed. And if you're farther than that, they'll be underexposed.
Good luck with your bike shoot.
