This barn is probably about 60 years old, give or take a couple of decades, although I wouldn't be surprised if it were closer to 80. It still has mangers in it for when it was used as a small dairy barn. We now own it, and have slowly been in the process of preserving it. We had the roof redone about 3 years ago, and now we need to find someone to stabilize one of the back corner posts before we start replacing outside timbers and repainting it. The inside is amazingly pristine, and the timbers are still in excellent condition, albeit a little dusty. My aunt is an amazing self-taught artist, and she was wanting to do a watercolor of the barn, so I took these shots early yesterday morning.
