Hi,

Back from vacation so thought I'd add to the Farnbro pics.
All taken with %d and 100-400 for flying, and 24-70 for static.
Raw files cropped in DPP then processed in PS. Exif intact.

1. The BIG Airbus A380.

Thanks for the comments guys. Was a real good show, just a pitty that a couple of the older planes couldn't fly due to the wind. I think I did well not to put up 8 shots of just the Vulcan, as that was just such a joy to see again :-)

I never realized that a Vulcan was still flying, is it still in service? I remember seeing one at an airshow many, many years ago, the noise was absoloutly deafining, the ground shook.

Good series.

I never realized that a Vulcan was still flying, is it still in service?

It's not "still flying", & just finished restoration I think.

Great shots and yes casp3r is right. They have actually got her back up in the air for airshows and i was lucky enough to see her fly on the Saturday at Waddington Airshow (July) this year. I don't think their was a dry eye amongst the spectators.
Hope they can keep up the funding so it can carry on flying at future shows.

30th- 31st August - Bournemouth
30th - 31st August - Shoreham
4th September - RAF Wyton , Sunset Parade
