This pic was taken before I knew anything at all about actually shooting, so I'm curious what some of you have to say about it. The lighting was harsh, it was around noon a couple months ago, but she was being cooperative, so I took the opportunity.

And an edit that I did...I'm just now learning B&W conversion. Thank goodness for photoshop actions to add a little life to things. :)

She is such a little cuttie. I like the edit. You did a great job.

The original photo is just really blown. Cute face, but totally blown. The conversion isn't working at all for me. What was your conversion process.. ? It seems like you desaturated.

I am super cool n' stuff.

I think to keep this I would go high key( as high as one can get , which means you will lose the entire side of her face) but.lol.it actually looks ok? Looks like you just desaturated then B&W and boost?

you're a great friend, but if Zombies chase us, I am tripping you.

Thanks all. Yeah, the side of her face is totally blown. I'll try the high key thing...not positive that I like the look, lol, but its worth a shot. ;) Never know till you try.
