Just wanted to share a positive experience with Tamrac.

A metal part connecting the strap to the bag gave out and broke allowing the bag to fall. No damage to any gear but it sure did scare me.

I called Tamrac and an actual person answered after a couple of rings. She got me to the replacement parts person. I described the part that broke and she said, "OK, I'll get a new one in the mail to you".

Wonderful customer service. THANKS TAMRAC!
