I spend a lot of my retired summer days chasing after Egrets and Herons. I've been fortunate to get permission on a piece of property that has provided me with some great photo opportunities.

Here are a few shots of Great Egrets.

Interesting to see the difference in size between a Great Egret, and a Snowy Egret.

Beauties! You really caught some excellent action here and your exposure is really great as well. This thread is super with the "kids" and the movement. Thanks for sharing, Mike!

Great shots!Are this original or you crop it? If the latter left more room arround bird (you cut fingers on the first egret, which is otherwise great photo)
