looks like factory colors, never seen an airline fly those colors and say "boeing" on the side ;)

That's the new 777 freighter, hence no passenger windows. It just finished getting built in the past month or two. They were probably collecting some video/pictures of it flying to use for some promo stuff.

Also Seafair is this weekend and it will likely make a couple passes each day.

It's a chase plane. 777F is on flight test right now so it's not for promo.

They used the same chase plane when they brought over the first LCF. One of the seats had a big old video camera in it. So maybe the video is just to look for problems.

As far as I know, there is no tests planned....so unless they are taking it without testers, it just won't happen.

Sorry, I guess I wasen't clear.
I meant testers as in ground testers.

Nothing about 777 here.

What are the rules about flying it since it hasn't been certified? Does it need to have some flight test crew on board to fly?

There need not be any testers on board but at least testers on ground montoring and recording data especially on a new plane like this.
