Give the Gepe memory holders a look before you buy anything.. What I like about this card holder is I can store 4 CF & 4 SD cards at the same time. I've had one for a few years now and it has never let me down.

That case looks awesome too. If I had a 1D and needed to carry CF and SD cards Id def go with that one.

That is exactly the one I use and cannot recommend it more. Great case and water tight.

I wish the 5D MKII was out so I could know exactly what Card format it would use so I would be able to buy the Pelican TODAY!

BTW Pelican is Pelican. Gepe is Gepe. No comparison in materials even if the Gepe has the extra SD feature. Both are wayy good, after all it's just a memory card holder.

Do you really think Canon would change the memory card format on the 5D Mark II to anything other than CF?

Pelican 0940. I never liked Sandisk plastic cases. The 0940 is little heavy, not small at all, but it seems that it will last forever. Great buy for just $20.

Some pics so you can have a better idea how it looks:

Think Tank smaller than the pocket rocket, carries 4 CF and 2 or 3 SD. Also use the little pouches that come with the Extreme IV cards, on attached to the camera strap for walk around and the other attached to my key ring.

That's the Pee Wee Pixel Pocket Rocket. I have a couple of those too, with a mix of SD/SDHC cards, CF cards, and SD-CF adapters in them.

The pelican one looks great. I wish they had a version that held 6 cards, but I guess I can always buy 2.

Got my Pelican today. Wow, what a case. I feel confident my memory cards will survive a bombing! Glad I picked up this bad boy!
