Taken Thursday at the 2008 EAA Airventure in Oshkosh. We had never seen an F-18 painted like this before, cool stuff. C & C always welcome and appreciated, thanks for looking!

Thank you for the kind comments! I almost missed this plane as it did it fly-bys as the U-2 was landing and getting it's gear installed. Most people standing around us didn't even notice the F-18 until they heard it scream over.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone! That paint scheme on an F-18 was new to me too, until yesterday. It looks cool though. I'll be there again tomorrow to try again with, hopefully, better skies.

The shots are great but I think that those images can be enhanced a lot with better PP. For example, you seem to have saved those pictures in AdobeRGB (instead of SRGB)? I also think that contrast is a bit low and you could have sharpened the pictures a little bit (more).

Thanks for the kind comments and advice! I should've upped the contrast a bit, but didn't want to oversharpen it. Just shows I don't know what I'm doing in post processing:-)
