I got email saying that mine were shipped so I am thrilled to get to play with them soon. Mine shipped on Thursday and not scheduled for delivery till Wednesday. It is all got to do with transportation. With the big brown they move things from one terminal to the next and each stop adds a day to process. So living out west makes for longer shipping.

My cybersyns were shipped to Canada using UPS worldwide saver. I checked my email in the morning and no sign of shipment. Later that day as I got off of work my email states its shipped and already at UPS in my city ????!!! I was a happy camper.

For US citizens this may not be impressive but for US to Canada shipment that was a quick shipment including brokerage fees and all that tax junk.

The cybers fit extremely snug on my hotshoe and they have worked flawlessly so far. This product seems like a great solution for no misfires and good build.

They graciously charged me both taxes GST (goods/service tax) and PST (provincial sales tax) so thats 13% !!!!!!!!!!

UPS loves to hit you with paper work fees which can be a killer. This is why I chose UPS saver. It cost me 20 more dollars but it was shipped right to my door vs. getting the package shipped 1/2 hour away from Point Roberts, WA (PO box).

Here I go off topic:

The Canadian health care plan isn't truly free. When I was making very little money as an automotive apprentice I was only paying 72 bucks a month but full coverage. The amount is determined by income then capped at a certain level. The wifes blue cross extended pays for 100% dental, 80% chiropractor/massage therapy.

I guess the money saved goes to camera equipment ;):D
