I am on HVstar.net and wanting a 58mm PRO1 filter. Price is a steal..

Now I can get this Hoya 58 mm PRO1 DIGITAL Circular Polarizer Filter DMC *+Cleaning Cloth+Filter Holder+LensPen for $43.90

or

I can get this Hoya 58mm PRO1 DIGITAL Circular Polarizer Filter DMC * for $49.15

Can anyone tell me why the kit is cheaper? Seems to me that they are the same item.
I am not a big photographer, but I had the cir-pol filter before and loved the outcome, but I didn't have the PRO1.

With a vague title like that many people will likely look, but the odds that 1 out of the 20 that looked have any idea of how to answer correctly is pretty slim.

It certainly looks like it is the same filter. I'd get the kit since it is cheaper and has more stuff. Probably just one of those hvstar.net price quirks.

I got the 77mm Pro-1 from them. Good filter and great price. Hard as heck to clean though.

Took them a week just to process LOL
