Neither one is holding my interest. I think the first one might have some potential if you cropped it a bit at the right (maybe get rid of that white van on the right) but it would still just be a bunch of cars on a road which I see everyday anyway. The road dominates the scene too much so the skyline is not getting looked at.

The 2nd I just don't get it. Its not saying anything to me. technically i think it might be cropped a bit to tight.

The third one I really don't like. Second one is better and I like the buildings in the first one.
