Took place at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California today.

Learned my lesson from last time and rented a 70-200 IS f2.8, instead of just using the kit lens for stadium seating.

good captures, How about trying a slower shutter speed next time. 1/1000 = no motion.

Nice shots!
I was contemplating renting a 70-200 also, but thought my 17-85 would suffice (wrong, half the time). Next year I'll definitely bring a longer lens.

#5 just has "oh $#!+" written all over it. As Jamie pointed out, I would've liked to see some slower shutter speeds to get that wheel motion and a sense of movement. Some of those jump shots would've made for very interesting pan shots :)

There used to be Canon gear here but it disappeared.

Great shots! I was wondering how long it would take for X Games shots to hit the forum. Good choice on renting the lens. That whole entire X Games must be insane live. I would give someones left arm to be there and get blisters on my trigger finger.

Man, I should have gone!

Great shots, especially for stadium seats.

Also, would like to see some motion blur.

I just watched it the only night, and when the car in the first picture hit the block I was like OH F*** then I realized it was foam, doh.
