The picture was already pretty contrasty to start. I used Channel Mixer with the monochrome box checked. I just kept fiddling with the sliders until I got close to the look I wanted. I then fine-tuned it in curves. The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!
