Laura Ingraham is getting ready to begin an interview with a photographer who was inbedded in Iraq. Apparently this shooter got into hot water for posting photos of dead and wounded troops, and was kicked out. Might be an interesting listen.

I caught the last bit of an interview with that guy on NPR last night. Was pretty interesting.

She is an american talk show host.

Her radio show is on right now in the US.

Here is her website --- you should be able to pick up the podcast later today. The interview starts about 90 minutes into the show.

Posting images of dead soldiers is not covered by 'shooters rights'. He was embedded in a war zone with a unit and knew darn well he didn't have a right to take or post those shots. He signed papers to that effect to get there. How often do people on this site claify to young shooters that taking and posting shots of the dead and injured in traffic accidents is unkind and unethical. Same thing. We all know that these soldiers die of terrible wounds and we don't need to rub into the faces of their families everytime some twit wants to make a statement. Its simply wrong.

BTW, you also don't have a 1st Amendment right to yell 'fire' in a theatre. The idiot was just trying to make a name for himself at the expense of others.

He may have just been trying to make a name for himself, in which case that makes him an a**hole. Or he may have been trying to show people what is being kept from them; a harsh and brutal reality. Make your own mind up.

IMO taking pictures of the dead even if you have the right is just plain wrong leave them in peace.
