Never shot indoor soccer before, but i did last night and it was dreadful. So tough, i wasnt expecting the poor inconsistent lighting, i was goign to set up remote flashes, but their was pexi glass 9ft high couldnt get a ladder to get up there and mount some flashes to help with lighting, so i had to use on cam flash, still hard as hell.

anyway here you go, dont really know what i could have done differently. 50-150 2.8

The direct flash is not soo good...take them sans flash and see what you get....

low light can be VERY tough!

Cheers,

Depending on the type of ceiling, experiment with bouncing your on camera flash off of it. This may give you enough light for the action, but not be as harsh looking, and less of an intrusion on the players. Good luck!

Indoor is hard enough to play (I am a keeper for a college rec team), I can't imagine trying to shoot it. Nice attempt, I look forward to what you get in the future!
