I really appreciate all the comments.

The lens is a beast for sure. I covered this tournament last year with the 40D and 70-200 2.8 ...what a difference with Mark III and 300 this year. The backstop fence is so close on this field and the 300 really made a difference with that over last year. Also the focus speed of the combo is crazy. I was just blown away. If I did my job it very rarley missed focus.
