Waterfalls of Riva (Campo Tures, Italy). It was a cloudy day and it was raining: I've tried to recover some colours in PP without overdoing it. Is it any good?

As noted the detail is in this photo just needs some tweaking to bring it to life.

ND stands for Neutral Density: it's a grey glass that reduces the light allowing the photographer to use a long exposure time. The one I have used here let only 1/64 of the light to pass through so it reduces the speed of six stops. http://www.oipaz.net/

I use Photoshop so rarely that I miss the most obvious steps. Shame on me! And Kudos to Miner that seems to have filled that gap. http://www.oipaz.net/

Aug 09, 2008 09:14 | #13 Well, it's the way B+W uses in its ND filters. They call it "filter factor". Maybe you know the exponential "optical density", which is 1.8 in my filter. http://www.oipaz.net/
