I have been doing some pp with iphoto on my MBP, have just ordered PSE6 to go more advanced.
I have an upcoming project at work that will require some greater manipulation of photos for computer graphic integration. I need to be able to clip certain parts of a pic and regraft them to computer graphic backgrounds for video editing and for powerpoint presentations. Can I do this with PSElements or should I pop for CS3, the full shebang?

Dont laugh at a noob for even mentioning that I use iphoto...I can do some neat processing with it, but Im limited with it to basic photo manipulations.
